Occasionally a customized report is required either as a one off or to be used on a regular basis. CiiRUS provides an entire Report Writing application. The Report Creator uses available data from the Property Manager/Agent account to create the customized reports. Once the reports have been saved they can be recalled and used at anytime. Reports can be output in various common formats, and all have the option to open, save, print. and email directly from the application

Occupancy Reports display the performance of your homes for a given set of conditions. For Example:

• Months booked by Property Manager
• Percent Occupancy - by month, year, day
• Rental Income - Property Manager, owner by month year
• Etc...

Occupancy reports can also be customized to produce bespoke reports that are relative to your business. The reports can be output in all standard formats and displayed as full color graphs

Custom reports can be created from most screens in the application. The software contains flexible filtering and sorting options. For Example: The Bookings List screen (this screen contains all reservation data for all homes) has over 20 column headings available. Additional columns can be added or removed. Each column can be filtered to display the requested data only using the visual editor and the report can be sorted in any order of preference. Advanced report filtering can also be created using the text filter editor.

Reports can be viewed and output as color data graphs. The graphs can be resized and moved to another desktop screen when using a dual monitor setup.
